Today I edited in the scene where the main character is holding the knife and the necklace watch in her hand and she is beginning to slowly walk towards the boyfriend. He is unaware of her behind him, and continues to read.
Whilst she gets closer to him, I edited in the shots where the boyfriend is lying on the ground dead where she stabbed him.
So as she got closer I edited this scene into it switching from scene to scene using no transition as this would slow the pace down.
After she got very close, the shots change completely to where he is on the ground and is an arc camera movement around his face using a close up, and then a mid shot of both of the character on the floor.
