Blocking.

The images shown are the areas within the house which I want to shoot in. The first image is where I shot the main character looking into the mirror, and her sitting on the bed rocking back and forwards. I have done my shooting in a house, as most people in my first questionnaire which I carried out preferred a horror scene to be taken place at a house or apartment. So I took this into consideration and shot it all in the house in different areas of the house. The second image is where I shot when Simran was swinging the necklace watch.
It was a bit difficult shooting in this room a there was limited space. The room was a decent size however manoeuvring around the bed to get the arch shot around the character was difficult and took 3 shots to get it right, as I kept on tripping over. The third image is of the sofa in which Simran had her legs up and typing on her laptop. You can see on the wall there is a canvas painting of an Indian god. I wanted this in the frame as i wanted to send across the message that these couple are religious and do adopt the traditional Hindu culture. The Stairs is where I used for Simran to climb. It was mildly difficult to shoot this scene but was successfully done in one take. The last place is the scene at the breakfast table, where we first see the characters in action. The audience first see Simran and Raj interacting and talking about their careers.
